Dr. Michelle Walker is a creative professional with 30+ years of education and professional learning experiences in multiple occupational areas. She is proficient in designing and facilitating training to diverse learners and has a passion for helping others become their best.
As a consultant, Michelle works with managers to determine their organizations’ primary learning objective(s) for adult learners; then design, develop, and facilitate instructional content to meet the predetermined objectives. Clients have been pleased with the engaging presentations and training resources that impacted their customers and employees. Walker is known for demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being open to new ideas, collaborating with others, implementing best practices, paying attention to details and enhancing the performance of learners.
Michelle holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of North Texas, where she studied training and development and management of career and technical education programs. She is a graduate of Leadership Texas and Leadership America programs.
